Company Ownership

VMN Financial was founded by Veloshni Naidoo in 2016, which is a 100% black female-owned entity. The firm was created to address the need for quality service of comprehensive accounting and taxation. The firm will continue to expand its client base within the greater market area.

Veloshni has been in the accounting field since 2004. A commercially astute certified Business Accountant in Practice, with over 17 years' experience in providing comprehensive high-quality financial and accounting services to businesses across various industries, including Auditing, Agriculture, Engineering, and Hospitality, to mention a few. Veloshni obtained her Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree (BCompt) and Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences (PGDip ASC) from the University of South Africa, as well as, is registered with various SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) accredited professional bodies such as; a certified Business Accountant in Practice (BAP (SA)) with the South African Institute of Tax Professionals.

Company History

Founded in 2016, the firm has transformed from a part-time operation to becoming a full-time endeavour. The company has since added independent Review and Cash Flow and Budget analyses to its line of accounting and tax service.
